Any pre-qualification or pre-approval provided by Couch Home Loans is based on information you provide and is subject to verification, underwriting review, a satisfactory appraisal, title search, and no material change to your financial condition. Loan terms, interest rates, and program availability are subject to change without notice and vary based on creditworthiness, property, loan program, and market conditions.
